Do I need to replace my charging backend?
No. keepCharge works beside the backend you already have, whichever it is. Nothing changes for drivers, payments or your existing integrations. If you would rather have a backend from us, that is keepCSMS.
What does the AI actually do?
It reads the history of a charger that needs attention, says what is wrong, why, and which data shows it, and recommends an action. Nothing happens to a charger without your approval, and every assessment, approval and action stays in the record.
Can I buy keepProxy or keepCSMS on their own?
Yes. Each product works on its own. Many operators start with keepProxy to get visibility, or with keepCSMS to get a backend, and add keepCharge later without touching their chargers again.
Is keepCSMS open source?
keepCSMS is built on a mature open-source backend that we host and operate for you. Your data and configuration are yours and can leave with you.
How is my data isolated from other operators?
Every request is scoped to your organization on the server, not just in the screen you see. Operators and service providers each see only their own sites, chargers, alerts and tickets.
Is the platform available in Polish?
Yes. The app ships in English and Polish, and more languages can be added.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU, in Frankfurt, by default. Larger customers can ask for a dedicated region.
